You may use this site to learn about Top Loft Clothing and to contact us or request a store. You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
• Upload files that contain malware or that you don't have the right to share
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it
• Interfere with the site's operation or other visitors' use of it

3. Artwork and files you send

When you upload a logo or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you allow us to use it to prepare your store and products.

4. Customer satisfaction

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you aren't completely happy with your products or our service, please contact us right away.

5. Refund policy

All sales are final on made-to-order custom products. Because each item is made with your logo or design, it can't be returned or resold. If there's a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible.

6. Delivery and pickup

• Shipped orders: when your order ships, we send you the carrier and a tracking number. Contact us with any questions about your shipment.
• Pickup orders: we email you when your order is ready to pick up at our shop at 526 N Adams St in Carroll.

7. Color disclaimer

We work to show product colors as accurately as we can. Screens display color differently, so the color you see may not exactly match the finished product. Images on this site and in your store are a guide only. By placing an order, you acknowledge this and agree not to make a claim of dissatisfaction based on color alone.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, logos, images and design, belongs to Top Loft Clothing or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Information provided as is

Information on this site is provided for general purposes, as is and without warranties of any kind. Product availability, colors and details can change. See the color disclaimer above.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Top Loft Clothing is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
